- Free Nights from 5,000 points

- Where are my Priority Club Rewards points from my last stay?

- Why didn’t I get the points for that last promotion
To find the answers to these questions please contact the official Priority Club Help Desk.
On the other hand if you have:

Concerning the points and cash specials you have going on right now. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express April 14 @ 15, using 5,000 points each night and $30 each night. I am a Platinum member, so shouldn’t I have earned 50% Bonus points on that $60? I cannot see that added to my account. Please check on this for me and add the points. Thanks so much for your help in this matter. Kenneth xxxxx
Kenneth,
Just to point out we are not affiliated to IHG and are completely independent (hence I’ve hidden your Surname). But I can still answer your question!
The reason why you don’t earn points on the US$60 spend is that this transaction is treated as a points purchase rather than a hotel spend. Any incidental spend in the hotel would earn points – even on a points stay.
Hope that answers you query..
The Family & Friends offer posted on this site could save me $30 on my upcoming stay. Have never used this type of offer before. At check-in, will I be questioned on my relation to the employee listed on the voucher? Thanks.
Just have the print-out voucher with you, some hotel’s won’t even ask for it, some will, but I haven’t heard of anyone being asked about how they know the person!
Employees can pass their link on to anyone – and have been encouraged to – with the most successful getting awards!
I am currently registered for this, but I do not know the code for it..
can you help?
This email has been sent to confirm that you have been successfully registered for the
promotion outlined below.
Promotion: 20% REBATE ON REWARD NIGHTS
@Richard
I haven’t come across this one, if anyone does have the link/code please shout!
@Betty Foidart
the friends and family program is for EMPLOYEE’s only! The voucher can’t be turned in as printed. It must be signed by the GM of the “random” hotel and approved by management of the hotel you are trying to stay at. It is NOT a rate you can book yourself and expect to get without approval from management. Abusing the employee program is theft.
@employee
Unfortunately what you say isn’t true regarding manager sign-off. This programme is designed to bring in guaranteed revenue to the hotels. The advantage to the hotel is that: (i) The customer can not cancel F&F bookings (ii) No points will awarded to the customer. Go ahead and book!
@admin
I am having trouble sending you a email, the captha code thing does not work.
@Craig Bramley
Should be working now…please try again!
@admin
I have gotten the rebate. might have to be the new priority club visa, and/or platinum.
@admin
Correction for reward stay rebate: It is Visa 10% rebate on rewards night. There might be a new offer for 20%, as well as the 10X points for visa ihc purchases. I currently have 5X for visa(chase) hotel purchases.
Unable to email, CAPTCHA not working…..
We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express on Christmas day and it cost us 25,000 points. I received my statement via email today from Priority Club and it shows that the 25,000 was refunded. Did they do a “good deed” refund because it was Christmas or are they going to be taken away again when they realize the mistake they made? Thanks!
I just wanted to let you know how much I apprecite your efforts on this site. While I have been a PC and HH member for 10 years, only since finding this site have I been able to acheive PC Platinum — and because of efficiently getting PC points, I have been able to also get HH Gold.
And now, BWR platinum!
Great job. Keep it up.
Just wondering if the codes published in October 2010 could still be tried? I tried emailing through the above link but something is not working?
Transfering Airline Miles to Points:
American Airlines offers the ability (for a $30 fee) to transfer Airline Miles to Hotel Points with either Hilton Honors or Priority Club. In my opinion Hotel Points are worth more than Airline Miles. 100,000 Advantage miles transfers to 200,000 Hilton Honors Points, but the same 100,000 AA Miles only transfers to 80,000 Priority Club points. Although PCP are worth more than HH points it’s still a big discrepency. Do you know if the transfer rate comes from Priority Club, American Airlines or both? I’ve emailed PriorityClub with no response. Thank you.

PLEASE PROVIDE MY POINT BALANCE AS OF 11/25/10.
Absolutely brilliant site
I really am liking this un official site.
I’d only add a recommendation that you try and put the “un official site” somewhere that more folk would realize that you can not fix all their issues.
This un official site has been very helpful for me and given me more opportunities for points.
I have been offered some IHG $10 discount “guest coupons”. They look authentic, but I have not seen them mentioned anywhere else, on here or the IHG websites, I wonder if they are a scam? Can anyone tell me, please?
Regards, Mark
(BTW, the “CAPCHA” code never works for me, so I cannot use the normal ‘get in touch’ form)
Hi, great site.. Just tried to send you a message at CAPTCHA token file invalid.. Can you ping me an email at the address? Would welcome your opinion on a website. Many Thanks
@Darren
I’ve now fixed the form (and dropped you an e-mail). Thanks for the heads up.
Hi
First of all many, many thanks for all of the tips – amazing how quickly you can build those points up! If have a question with regards to Refer a Friend though – I’m getting a colleague of mine to use my membership number so we could both benefit from extra points but on the membership form there’s nowhere to enter my number. How does this work exactly?
Thanks in advance!

I have 2 stays coming up soon. One I did well on and the other I didn’t do well on?
(1) Staying at Crowne Plaza for 2 nights (Fri & Sat) before Aug. 31st by the Mall of America. Cost is $189.40. Paid with my Chase MC so will get 5% back on Hotel stay and will send in for the $75 rebate for 2 night stay before August 31, 2011. Total charge will then be $104.93. $52 a night isn’t bad.
(2) Staying in Chicago in October for 3 nights (Fri, Sat & Sun). Fri and Sat I used the points and cash option. Paid $60.00 + 15,000 points for 2 nights. So paid $120.00 for Fri and Sat. Now the Sunday is killing me. I have no points remaining (well ~300) and I no longer have a Priority Club Visa. I don’t feel like paying the $49? fee a year. So I ended up paying full price for Sun night for a total of almost $290.00 (of course I will receive 5% since I charged on my MC).
Any suggestions for #2 and my Sunday night stay? I am thinking about cancelling it and waiting till the last moment to find a Chicago Hotel that weekend that I don’t have to spend $300.00 on.
In order to receive the hotel Bonus package points — do you have to reserve on-line? I recently stayed at two of the hotels offering additional points and have not been awarded those additional points for staying at those specific locations. I read the guidelines for the Bonus Package points and did not read anything about having to book the room on-line. Thanks.
@L Voelker
Read the article on this site about buying points. Maybe this would help you. Lisa
Has anybody had a problem with stay the weekend earn $75.I can’t get through on the chat and I can’t find a find a phone #. This is not through Priority Club so they can’t help.
I read on another site that it is not difficult for someone to enter your PCR account and change all the details (email, address, etc). Then they can spend all your points, e.g: on gift vouchers
As the PCR number and your personal details can be seen on check-out docs, all they need is your PIN number, and apparently PCR do not check or inform you when it is changed, unlike most sites.
One suggestion if you have a valuable total is to “store” your points as future bookings (40,000 per IC night), and reclaim them later.
Anyone have any thoughts on this???
Regards, Mark (not the same one as above)

Hi Admin
Can you e-mail me… online form doesn’t work.
Thanks,
Dan
NEW PROMOTION!!! NEW PROMOTION!!!
As from MAY 25th the new promotion will be DOUBLE POINTS. This will run until JULY 31st!
Ho Hum………….
This is a GREAT site. I just wish you could keep it a little more up to date. I do understand though, that this is just a hobby for you (THANKS for ALL you are doing!) Of course, it might be that IHG is just slowing the pace of promotions down, therefore nothing to report on….
I have heard that some great things are in the offing for July when they change over from PC ti IHG, not the least that it will become harder to obtain AND keep Platinum status, but for those of us who are loyal and EARN it, we will benefit mightily!
Dave – I can’t find anything more on this – do you have a link?
I do not have a link, however, I do have it on good authority that this will be the new offer
