Relaunches generally aren’t good news and often can lead to a devaluation to the value of your points. This article from businesstraveller.com doesn’t really give much away but starts of with a very punchy headline. The only point of interest is this part below, but generally the best value will always be redeeming points for hotel rooms.
She said while airline partners will continue to be added to the programme, a ‘flights anywhere’ function will allow travellers to redeem their points on any flight globally, and follows the introduction of ‘points + cash’, much like airlines offer.
Update: New membership cards are here although I can’t remember the last time I ever used mine!
