I can’t view my reservation online

Although the Priority Club website lets you manage your booking online there are times when you are unable to view reservation online, don’t worry this is not the end of the world and normally means one of the following:

  • The reservation has updated by the hotel / Customer Support
  • The reservation was not made yourself
  • The reservation was not made online (via call centre or directly with the hotel)

Why would the hotel update the reservation?

  • You are on a pre-paid rate and have been charged by the hotel
  • TheĀ  reservation has been altered by the hotel (room upgrade!)
  • Two consecutive bookings have been merged into one booking
