    I just received an offer to switch to your e-statements program and earn 500 pts. for doing so. I searched for the site (priorityclub.com) but cannot find it. How do I find it and switch to e-mail and earn the 500 pts.

    I don’t represent Priority Club – so am not aware of your specific offer..

    But, register here for earning points by switching to E-statements.

    Then switch to e-statements by:
    1) Login into you account
    2) “My Travel Profiles”
    3) “Communication Preferences”
    4) Scroll down to “Statement Options”

    I’ve got a question about My Offers page. Is there somewhere to update this list and get rid of the old / expired offers? Also, how can we get PCR to ensure the My Offers is accurate and concurs with the confirmation emails received from PCR for various offers that have successfully been registered for?

    I have two existing Priority Club numbers, one given in Cape Town South Africa in 2006 and the other in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2009. The numbers respectively are: 64242xxxx (Cape Town) and 31870xxxx (Chrischurch). How do I integrate bote of them?

    The Last Name provided does not match the last name on the reservation. If your name contains special characters such as apostrophes, try again without typing in the special characters. Contact your nearest reservation office for assistance.

    I was issue a platinum card over a year ago. In a resent stay the front desk had me listed as a gold member. Why has my status changed?

    my rewards card number is 361 544 700 since 1996. when i use it at motel my address comes up incorrectly. i want to give you my new address which is 7657 james monroe way, gloucester, va 23061 and not 105 n. first st. in sandpoint, idaho. also i want to double check, based on previous request, that all my points transfer over to united airlines mileage plus.thank you.
