I just received an offer to switch to your e-statements program and earn 500 pts. for doing so. I searched for the site (priorityclub.com) but cannot find it. How do I find it and switch to e-mail and earn the 500 pts.

I’ve got a question about My Offers page. Is there somewhere to update this list and get rid of the old / expired offers? Also, how can we get PCR to ensure the My Offers is accurate and concurs with the confirmation emails received from PCR for various offers that have successfully been registered for?

I have two existing Priority Club numbers, one given in Cape Town South Africa in 2006 and the other in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2009. The numbers respectively are: 64242xxxx (Cape Town) and 31870xxxx (Chrischurch). How do I integrate bote of them?

How can I view my point balance , Is there not a number I can call please. My membership number is 692391237 , I am not sure if they updated all my stays onto my loyalty card.

Why can’t I log in to priorityclub.com? Site says they can’t find my email address and I have been a member for 20 years, logging in for 10… I type it again and again and it does not “find” me. Did they change something?

How do I convert my priority club rewards points to airline miles. We wish to fly from RDU airport in Raleigh, NC to Peoria Illinois. We’re not sure of the date as we have an impending death in the family. We have 149,000 points and would prefer to fly United Airlines.

How do you change your last name? I can’t find a mailing address nor a way to change my name for this.

Would just like to know the simple way to exchange points for ..say, airline tickets
I do not understand the process when I reach the boxes with the participating
airlines. It says I have to contact priorityclubrewards.com via phone. Which I have done
and the folks just put me back to the E-mail and click on rewards…What is the process.
Do I need the reservations first or what????? thanks. Bob

i received a brochure saying that this is my last paper statement and that if i signed up for
the automated account i would receive 500 bonus points. i went to the website – priorityclub.com
and do not know how to proceed. either email me or call me at 802-297-9369.
