    PRIORITY NUMBER:
    Tried paying your bill on-line but your web pages not obtainable. Phoned your customer services Dept. and cut off twice. Still awaiting to hear from yourselves whether my DDMandate has been accepted and set-up.

    Priority has become my favorite travel club since you have built a Holiday Inn Express in Tooele UT. I would like to comunicate with you about an idea I have for a “Journey to Pelatonia”. The purpose would be to raise funds for Cancer Research. My wife and I have both benifited from past research that has been done and I would like to do a little payback.

    Hi I am a frequent visitor of Holiday Inn, i have been staying over a month in the US at the Port Arthur Holiday Inn from 1st Nov 2011 till Dec 29 this stay have not been included into my rewards and my card status have not improved. Please be advised i am currently staying at the Port Arthur Holiday Inn Express.

    I am a member of IHG Buisness and also Priority Club. I have converted points from my buisness account into vouchers. But I cannot convert the vouchers into Priority Club points. One would just a small point. But no Over 20 e-mails – on-line chats and telephone calls at PREMIUM rate. Have resulated in NOTHING, in addition I do not appreciate being cut off when the person you are speaking to cannot understand the problem.
    From my point of view as a buisness customer I feel very sorry for the average person when trying to sort a problem out. THEY HAVE NO CHANCE.

    If the problems not resolved I will be treminatring my buisness agreement with IHG

    Would you recommend IHG from a customer service point NO No No No No No No Nooooooooooooooo

    I have this morning (20th June), received an ‘exclusive offer’ card from Priority Club, for two nights for the price of one for stays between June 29th & December 31st. I would have taken this up, but the card tells you to ‘make sure you book between June 11th and 17th’, of course, this offer is now three days out of date and useless.
    I have never had cause to complain before, but am now very disappointed.

    renewed my membership on the 22nd of March 2013 and i am still getting reminders to renew again could someone please let me know if my renewal went through as my points have been deducted for the same thank you
