Several weeks ago I call and asked for a copy of my June and July billing statement to be sent to me. I am still waiting for that information. I have been a good customer of yours and this simple request should not take long at all. Please send these statements as soon as possible.

late response to your post but do you understand that this is NOT an official site for IHG?
It is just a guy that has put up what I think is a really good blog.
Recently I have noticed that since the IHG webiste gradual revamp the system is plagued by techincal issues and every day for the past 10 days I have not been able to either make bookings, view my priority club account or just generally have a browse.
This is becoming a real issue for me and I wonder how many other people are getting fed up with the system being forever unavailable, at the moment I cannot get into Priority Club website.
If the unavailability means that the website will be tweaked to perfection then that is fine but if not an angry email will winging it’s way to IHG.
