A: Click on the link we publish – it will take you directly to the sign up page
Q: When should I sign up?
A: Go for it now if you have your next stay booked within the next 3 months – some promos have a 90 day lifespan – but if your a frequent traveller this shouldn’t be a problem.
A: Some say it’s worth attempting to re-register just before your stay in case any of promotions have been reset.
Q: Am I allowed to sign up for all promotions?
A: If you haven’t been directly targeted for an offer (either via an e-mail or on the website) then it’s at your own risk. At the end of the day if it encourages you stay with IHG hotels then all the better?
Q: I registered for a Promotion but it says “We are sorry, the Priority Club Member is not eligible for this promotion. Please contact your nearest Priority Club Rewards Service Center for assistance“
A: You do not meet the requirements for some other reason (for example it might only be for USA citizens or for Platinum members only)
Q: I registered for a Promotion but it says “Thank you for your submission. You are already enrolled in this promotion.” – I don’t remember signing up?
A: Priority Club often use different codes for the same promotion so they can track the source
A: You might have signed up via a link in a Priority Club e-mail or via the website
Q: I registered for a Promotion but it says “The Promotion Code entered is invalid. Please try again or contact your nearest reservation office for assistance.“
A: No point calling your office unless you want to put your account jeopardy – this code isn’t for you I’m afraid.
Q: I’ve registered for a Promotion and received the confirmation e-mail but it doesn’t appear in “My Offers”
A: Just because you’ve received the e-mail it doesn’t mean you qualify for the promotion, and hence it won’t appear in my offers – unfortunately this is tough luck!
A: Some offers do not appear on your “offers status” page immediately. They might kick in on a certain date – such as when the promo starts.
A: Sometimes offers never appear but you still get the points – so don’t give up hope!
Q: I registered for a promotion, got the points first time around – can I register again?
You can certainly try, and often you will get the confirmation/congratulations e-mail – but there is no guarantee that you will get the points the second time around!

How do i sign up for a promotion where I do not have the link? I have been given a 4 digit promotion code but do not know where to apply it.

I just wanted the link so that if I got any codes I could try them. the one I was trying is as follows: Code: 7009 ELITE JUMPSTART 2010. I don’t really know what it gives me but I’ll wait and see.
