I checked this out at the Holiday Inn Oxford – with the offer the total cost was £124, using the best alternative rate it came to £198 both for an executive room – so definitely worth doing!

Surprise surprise, I tried to book a 2 day stay on day of release of offer, within qualifying period for Birmingham City Centre, and no rooms matching qualifying rate are available.. How does that not surprise me ?
I have tried various dates at various locations, all have stated that no qualifying rates are available!
