    Do these offers require full cash payments for the room?

    I get an error that I am ineligible — I assume this is not targeted, since you’re posting it publicly, so I wonder what the problem is.

    @toomanybooks
    Yes – you need to have a qualifying rate which excludes reward nights and “some” discounted rates

    @A. S.
    Are you sure you haven’t already signed up for an offer via e-mail? That is the most likely cause of the message that you’re reporting

    My bad — you’re right. The thing is that I had tried to register for the 4 nights/5K promo when I got the email some 10 days ago and was unsuccessful (due to a technical glitch), but I forgot that it was resolved and I eventually did manage to sign up. So it’s all good.

    If I register for 15 nights(15000 points)and manage to stay only 11 nights in Q1, will I get the 10000 points(which is for 7 nights)?? Thanks!

    Happy New Year 2012 to all. Just received an email from Priority club saying that effective 18th Jan 2012, reward nights are changing. Any one has any idea what are the changes ? I am now wondering to use my current points to book for stay in Perth in May or should I wait for the changes to take effect.

    Is anyone else having trouble registering? I don’t mean like A. S. had trouble, but that the page itself won’t load? Priorityclub.com has been a garbage heap of a website in my opinion ever since the latest rollout. I have settled to booking most of my stays from my phone app.

    I have been a platinum member for 11 years and am really bothered by hearing about promos late.

    I check the priority club web site before every reservation for offers and inveriably end up finding out about them weeks into it and don’t get the bonus points.

    If I hadn’t googled this site, I’d be SOL for my next reservations.

    It seems once you signed up on a previous deal you can’t change your mind. I wanted to signup for the 15K, but it refused. But when I tried the 10K it said I was already enrolled – which I hadn’t done for 2012

    My offers page is still a major mess.
    I had to prompt customer service to get bonus points for the stay 4 promo and fear I will have to keep a close track on any other offers.
    Is it just me?

    Same as Chuck, I’m a member since ’05 and stay 100-120 night a year but need to come here to find out about the Q1 promos. What’s up with that?

    and Vickib, mmy offers page is the same. I see the Q1 ’12 offers showing as 2011 dates – hope I get everything I’ve signed up for…

    @Nick
    yeah the last few promo that i have recieved cut short of original dates…this is only one of the reasons after 20+ years of platinum i am straying from them…the point changes is another

    3/5000 worked for me. Just had an email for Q2 simply offering me 15,000 bonus points for 10 nights between 1/4-30/6, I’ve only stayed 3 nights this year, maybe that’s why.
