As I’ve said before, e-mailing the service center is not the way to get your problems solved. Calling them has always worked for me for those stays post as “non-qualifying”.
Other routes now open to us include the Priority Club twitter feed – so if you tweet try a DM to get your issue resovled – but expect to have your dirty washing aired in public!

Like many others I was expecting that the launch of Last Minute Rewards would lead to the end of Point Breaks as we know them. Not so – well not yet – the point breaks list has been updated.
