Hi! First of all thank you for sharing the IC Hotel offers with me. I did subscribe to this offer before my stay at an Holiday Inn hotel in Europe. I did not get the M&S voucher at the hotel. Could it be that it is posted after the stay? Kindest regards, Ben

Ben, the last time they did an offer like this the vouchers came in the mail around 4 weeks after the stay. And a note with Marks and Spencer vouchers – if you don’t spend the entire voucher in one go you get a gift-card with the balance on (it’s not lost).
