I am getting the message “We are sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion. Please contact your nearest Priority Club Rewards Service Center for assistance.” Is there any reason why or anything I can do to get the promo?

I get the same message. This toolbar download offer was just posted today, Oct. 28, 2009. I am going to call Priority Club and see what they have to say.
I called Priority Club Customer Service Department. After staying on the line 20 minutes I finally found out that toolbar offer is only for the UK.
I’m in the UK and I get the same message!
I am in the UK and was sent an email (targeted) from PC promoting this offer and tried to install the tool bar button. However, I too got the same message: “We are sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion. blah, blah, blah.”…..
Is is becase I did not check the tick box to state that I WANTED to be inundated with associated marketing material. If so, that is a prety poor promotion.

I managed to download the tool however there is no sign of the points being added to my account.
I am in the UK, I did opt to receive even more marketing material … and I still not eligible to download the toolbar !!
