I registered for this promotion, got an e-mail confirmation, stayed two times but neither earned 5K bonus points no find it on my offer list. Any ideas?

Read the FAQ about promotions – I’m afraid the IHG e-mail confirmation system sends out the registration confirmation e-mails regardless if your account is eligible for the promo or not.
Although sometimes these bonus points promo’s take a while to post – so don’t give up all hope yet!

But may I ask you this: Why should my account not eligible for this promo?
Sometimes registration was not accepted, but not here. Further more, if you look at “Offer Registration Page” you will find a question: Where did you hear about this promotion? I selected “Chat Room/Blog” got an e-mail confirmation and assumed, that this promo was not targeted.
As 5K bonus points equals one Points Break night, I think I will ask PC for assistance.
Looks like this just posted on 9/30 for a stay on 9/11 to 9/13. Wondering if this is a one time bonus as I don’t see it on the offers list.
