I’ve had a few Priority Club Non-Qualifying stays in my time, and now know how to deal with it. Read more here, and tell me how you get on.

The offer keeps on going, which is nice because it offers great rates. I’ve used this a few times and although officially you are not meant to get points, it often turns out that they are awarded! As I’ve said before, it’s worth comparing this against the “Advance Purchase Rate” which has the same no-refundable policy and does award points and counts as a qualifying stay.

What: Earn 10,000 extra Priority Club points per stay at participating InterContinental Hotels & Resorts properties. For a Royal Ambassador that would mean 14,000 points for a 1 night stay!

This is not a sign up promotion, but a “package” promotion. Make sure when booking you select a package which includes the 10,000 points. I priced this up for a weekend in August in Paris, the cost was an extra €35 per night against the “Best Available”, so check other rates first!
